Mesquite Symphony Orchestra Association

The Mesquite Symphony Orchestra Association is the non-profit organization that provides support and guidance for the Mesquite Symphony Orchestra. Composed of committed supporters of the MSO, the MSOA is led by a Board of Directors who oversee the MSO and the Association.

The Mesquite Symphony Orchestra publishes playbills for each of our six (6) programs each season and offers you the opportunity to reach a combined audience of almost 2,000 concert goers from Mesquite and surrounding communities.

Auditions

AUDITION INFORMATION
The Mesquite Symphony Orchestra is a volunteer orchestra. Musicians volunteer their time and talents to the organization. Auditions for the MSO continue on a rolling basis each season for active and substitute positions. When in-person audition dates occur, they will be posted here. If you are interested in performing with us, please Robert Varnado, Board President at info@mesquitesymphony and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

REHEARSAL INFORMATION
The Mesquite Symphony Orchestra rehearses on Saturdays from August through mid-May from 9 AM-12 PM at the Mesquite Arts Center.

Scholarships

Thank you for your interest in our scholarship program. The application deadline this year has been postponed and will be rescheduled.
The Mesquite Symphony Orchestra Association, Inc., offers four lesson scholarships each school year to students. The current scholarship amounts are $300.00 each. These scholarships may be used with the student's current private lesson teacher. You may apply for all scholarships for which you qualify.
