Homeschool Hangout: Christmas Ornaments
The Mesquite Arts Center and Mesquite Public Library are partnering to bring creative, hands-on experiences to homeschool families at the Main Library.
On December 3, 2026, Mesquite Arts Center staff will join the Homeschool Hangout in the Children’s Section of the Main Library for a festive holiday art activity.
From 12–1 p.m., children will create their own Christmas ornaments to decorate and personalize. Participants can explore their creativity while making a special holiday decoration to take home and enjoy throughout the season.
This family-friendly activity combines art, creativity, and holiday fun, giving children the opportunity to make a one-of-a-kind ornament while celebrating the joy of the holiday season.
